When I had by B6-L the first thing I did every time I got it out of the case was tighten the bell screws. It is a good habit!

Hey Nick,
easy fix:
put a fat rubber band lengthwise around the bell holder. This will keep the inside part from the valves from slipping out of the holder, but still let you tune.
Call Spada and he will probably send you a new longer screw - you don't have to send him the horn, there is nothing really wrong with it if you don't tighten the screw enough.
