| Re: What is your main horn? 94' Bach 37 with M/K sterling rounded and braced slide. Soon to have a m/k sterling leadpipe. Stomvi Mambo that I absolutely love to play for solo and jazz, but doesn't play well with others. So I guess my Bach would be my main horn. Yamaha 4335G that sits in its case since I got out of college and marching Unidentified german vintage B-flat trumpet soon to be restored |

| Re: What is your main horn? Hi! For the last 3 years my Bb has been a Xeno 8335rg in shotblast laquer, with a pickett brass trim kit, M/K ovate tuning slide, and reeves allignment, but I am about to pick up a Reeves V Raptor, standard weight in gold plate. I'm always looking for the "better" Bb, but the rest of the tools don't change - Marcienkewicz Rembrandt flugel, Schilke P5-4, French Besson Classic C, and Weril Regium Eb/D. I try to keep my Bb set-up versatile, since I play about any style depending on the day! |
