Re: What is your main horn?

Wow, aren't the 'Others' outpacing all the other manufacturers. Where are 'Others' made? Is it in that magical mythical place were all the good films are shot "On Location"?

(Yeah, I know, I'm being silly again. I just felt in the mood for a touch of insanity. It's nearly time for dinner with my dear old mother in law and I just thought I'd get in a bit of preparation. She too thinks I'm silly and I'd hate to dissappoint her.

Oh sorry - got carried away.

Main horn and mods - 1973 Getzen Eterna 900 lacquered with a silverplated "standard" lead pipe - not a mark on him (George) - just introducing Monette B6 mouthpiece in transition from a Benge 3C gold plated mouthpiece.

Re: What is your main horn?

Well,As of right now I have collected a few horns as I have 8,but my favorite is my Schilke and second would be my Edwards which is made by Edward Getzen,Third oddly enough would be my 1947 Bundy because it sounds and responds better than most of these so called "pro" horns I hear lately and it is just a silver plated student horn with a medium bore but with the right mouthpiece it will do what ever I ask of it.As for a mouthpiece it will vary as I have a Warburton,Dennis Wick and a jaztec with a resin cup.
