Re: What is your main horn?

I love my Monette Prana 3 B-flat, as well as my Monette C (MC77 made in Chicago). I've also got a great scherzer picc, a Stomvi E-flat, and I'm looking to buy an Eclipse, B&S, or Vintage One flugel sometime down the road.

I feel very lucky to have such great horns....

For the Kanstul and Getzen fans out there, I have a beautiful Kanstul 1510 C-trumpet as well as a Canadian Brass B-flat (made by Getzen) that looks like it's just been taken off the showroon floor for sale.

Main Bb: A 1942 Conn 48A Vocabell cornet.

Mods: A sleeved Pilczuk trumpet leadpipe and receiver (to replace the original rotten leadpipe), and the third valve slide reversed to accept a ring.

Re: What is your main horn?

Legit playing: Bach ML 37
Lead playing: Bach ML 72LT

If it works for Jerry Hey, Gary Grant, et al, I figure it can work for me..
