What does it really matter what kind of horn you play?I dont care if you play an Olds Pinto with plastic valve casings,As long as you love to play then play!Is this becoming a showcase over who can afford what or are people getting horn names out of catalogs and dreaming? |

![]() | Re: What is your main horn? I have a 1950 contempora bflat trumpet third valve slide and trigger on the first valve and a silver ring around the bell. This horn apparently is a model named after Lennoard Smith. Would anyone know if this is a profesional horn or a student horn? Thank you, Sincerely, Leland |

![]() | Re: What is your main horn? How do these Wedgwoods play? How would you compare them to strads and xenos? does the .12 mm shorter valve stroke matter? does the turbulence reducing valve design matter?
