 | I have a Courtois Eb/D Would anyone be able to tell me more about this instrument? The serial number is 119 and is placed under the third valve cap. It has a large ingraving on the bell explaining competition entries. Latest entry is dated to 1900 medaille d'or paris. I have got the instrument dated to aprox 1918. It is in very good condition. apparently it is very rare because I have asked a lot of people about it, but no one seems to know much about it exept that it was built around 1918 when Courtoir didn't make many instruments. I have seen the same ingraving on other very old Courtoir trumpets. Would anyone here be able to tell me more about this specific instrument? Is it worth selling?
