 | Re: My 'new' Vintage Cornet!! :s Quick update: I put some advice from OLDLOU into action, and following some pretty intense cleaning and a bit of superglue, the cornet is good to go. It sounds soft and clear, and looks fine (other than two beads of glue), and cost me just a couple bucks for brass cleaner. And, of course, when the finances are freer, I'll get her taken care of like a proper cornet. TL
