Andy Mac

ps. It's Kentucky, not Michigan. I know sometimes Huggy gets confused from sampling a little too much product. It's ok Huggy, I'm here to help.

What up, A-Mac? Going after a fly trumpet Pimp like Mr. Michael Sachs on a publick internet forum is just beyond reproach! Knitting? Yea he knits. Most REAL artists do! It's another way for him to practice being meticulous! And he dresses so well (Huggy helped hook him up with some new "Goochi" shades). And, his trumpets are gold! I thought he played Monette, but I was told a while ago he doesn't. When I got to meet him he showed me it was a gold Bach....so that must be the best trumpet! You have to be REALLLY good for them to let you play on gold trumpets.....they don't even let Phil Smith play on gold......it must be because of his phrasing. I think you should post some pics to show us your style. I hope you at least wear some fly wing tips....

You asked a while ago about taking over the number one slot. Huggy's pretty loyal....as long as the benjamins are flowing in the right direction (that's money for you canadians...Benjamin franklin is on the $100 bill...he was one of the founding fathers of the US, your parent country). You could start by giving us a list of your favorite trumpet players. You could tell us what method you use....superchops, Balanced Embouchure or Rafael Mendez. You could give us more info on your mouthpieces (Bach 1 1/4 is pretty vague....MS uses a 1 1/2C 23-117). What kind of case do you use? Bags and accessories are VERY important to your overall "Pimp-rating". There's more we need to establish in this, but this will be a good start. Mr. Michael Sachs is truely the man! But, we can talk......
