I have a sort of meta-question. What is the story behind all the neat stuff at this URL? Who maintains it? Where does the maintainer get this stuff. Its all so great, who gets the credit?

Both versions are spectacular and valid.

Wilmer,

I don't understand what you're talking about. What valved vs natural trumpet versions. What am I missing?

hey Wilmer

I am having the same problem. I can download the valved trumpet segment by Sergei, but, I find no link to any natural trumpet playing.

Sorry, I should be clearer. There are two Brandenburg concertos to view. they are played on a valved piccolo trumpet and a natural trumpet with holes.
Listen for the balance of the soloists. The nat version is done at a faster clip than the valved version.
