You sound wonderful on it. It's a shame about Phil R. On that video he looks like a young kid. When City Opera was doing "110 in the Shade" he was 1st trumpet. There was a long, long trumpet solo and he sounded beautiful. I played with him a few times-talented, intelligent guy.

I worked a lot with my friend, Phil Ruektenwald. Phil left us so young. He was 28 years old when we recorded West Side Story with Bernstein. He nailed those D trumpet parts.
I hear the video, "The Making of The West Side Story," is going to be re-issued on Aug.9. I must get a copy.
Lenny, and so many other departed friends on that tape.
