Quiver in tone???

so recently i have noticed that whenever i play, there is a slight quiver in my tone. my private teacher and i have started to work on it, and i was just wondering what anyone elses oppinion would be. i am just starting to thrust my jaw forward to support my bottom lip a little bit because i have a bit of an overbite. it's almost like i can feel muscles twicthing when i play... any suggestions???
Thanks
Chris

Wait.
Be patient. Work with your teacher to solve your situation. The advice you get on the web might be good, but working one on one with your teacher is by far the way to go.

Listen to Wilmer because patience is the answer. You are developing muscles to do something they're not used to yet. Therefore, there'll be a little stress until they get accustomed to what you're asking them to do.
