Thought I'd revive and old post. On Gabriele Cassone's site there is a new video of a rehearsal for the premiere of Kol Od with Boulez conducting. As a little plus, at the very end Luciano Berio walks on stage.

...and as a little minus, Berio was probably chain-smoking (laughing)

Thanks for the tip. I saw Gabri play Kol Od once at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and it was memorable.
