![]() | Lorenzo TMers, Please take a moment to check out one of my favorite former students, Lorenzo Trujillo (MFA, CalArts '05), trading lines with Wayne Bergeron. Lorenzo can do it all as a classical (his final concert at CalArts included Joilvet's Heptade and Rabe's Shazam), as well as a jazz, musician. I believe that he is exactly the type that I've always envisioned as the next great North American trumpet soloist. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kt7cfgjdvq8 Best, EC |

![]() | Re: Lorenzo Jonathan, Lozo's an incredible trumpeter and has a huge range, both figuratively and literally. If any of you plan to go to ITG in Banff you can hear him there in person (and buy him a beer for me?). Best, EC |
