Sequenza X

Hi,

Do you know if there is a US publisher that sells Sequenza X (Berio)? I can only find a German company.

Ask Ed Carrol
He has a former Student named Beth Cooper who played the @#$% out of that piece while she was at Cal Arts. Ed will know where to get it
Peace

Mike,

Sequenza X is published by Universal Edition (UE) in Vienna and available through most music retailers.

Matt, you're right about Beth (she uses Trujillo now instead of) Cooper playing the devil out of this piece. She'll be doing it on our next 20/20 Foresight concert in April and at the Women's Brass Conference as well. It has become standard repertoire around the world...

Good luck,
EC

Mike, I called Patelsons Music in NY. They had it to me within 2 weeks. This was about two years ago.

Good luck. It is a bear of a piece. I played it when I was at NEC. It took me over a year to learn.
