Re: Ahoy From Melbourne Australia

Ahoy Tim,
Played a gig with Vinnie last night and relayed our conversation to him. He says a big hello and hopes you and your family got through the flooding OK. Spoke about the marching band at the Expo etc etc.

PM me if you want to get some contact details.

Cheers,

Paul

Re: Ahoy From Melbourne Australia

G'day Paul,
(Oz speak for Hello Paul - yeah I know, we Aussie speak English quite well according to some of my US friends).

It's good to see that you Pros subcribe to the site, makes the odd (pun intended) comeback players recognise the level of "skilled comment" available to us. I find it heartening to realise, from ROWUK's posts too, that the Pros have similar mechanical problems to the rest of us. I play with the Georges River Stage and Show Bands in Sydney (Community groups) - mostly young players still studying, on their way musically, supported by a few old blokes.
