Welcome Poppes. I also think your English is very good. This is a great place to visit...with lots of great, great players and lots of great advice on everything from horn choices to food processors.

Manny Laureano has a spectacular aura about
What's so hard to understand about my MT post?

Wilmer mentioned a female president.

To illustrate it's not so unheard of or singular I mentioned Margaret Thatcher. Margaret Thatcher was a female prime minister. Maybe I should have mentioned Indira Ghandi or the new president of Liberia, Ellen Johnson.

I wrote "Yay!" because that means I liked her, having been around in the 80's to admire her anti-Communist rhetoric.

That's pretty much it. If you want to turn this into something it wasn't meant to be, be my guest.

Manny, you would have died laughing to see Ted's neighbors in Montclair, NJ checking out the Secret Service guys. They, the Secret Service guys, looked like they had watched too many movies about themselves
Claudio Roditi was there playing his butt off. Henry Grimes was the other Barrett JHS/South Philly guy there.

All I can say is you play some choice gigs, Wilmer. Musically as well as for story value.

When's the biography coming out?
