A mutual friend

Tony,
I believe that we have a mutual friend in Pete McGuinnes. I act as his assistant, and play trumpet in his Jazz Lab Band at New Jeersey City University. He always speaks very highly of you. I'm looking foward to hearing his big band CD soon. I hear that you sound great on it. Having played some of Pete's music over the years, and hearing him play trombone and sing, I'm sure it's going to be a great CD.

Pete is one of my favorite writers. He's full of music. It's a pleasure to play in his band.
