Wow,I was looking for the trumpet player untill I finally realized the she was buzzing her lips!!I listened to a few of her other tunes,great music and beautiful rythms.Must be Brazil?

thats really interesting. I can play 9 of 12 major scales just by buzzing, but not with clarity any where near what she can do. I'm almost always a little bit flat or sharp on my buzzing. I also have to slur higher notes cuz its hard to tongue in the higher registers. Simply amazing!!

by the way, is there anyone else on here who has a similar problem when buzzing? i may start a thread asking about it, because i find that no matter what i try, its very hard to keep a constant volume and pitch when lip buzzing.

Call me souless if you will - but isn't this exactly what we, as trumpet players, do?
The only two differences that I can see is, one, the type of amplifier being used - electronic vs acoustic - and the second difference, well I suspect the rest of you blokes can probably work that out for yourselves.
