Warm up and routine

You had said that you spend 25-30 minutes of routine on lip lurs starting c-g-c and going to partials extending up through the range. At what tempos and what rhythmic values do you do them out? Also what do you do first when you play everyday? Thanks!

kadleck has a spectacular aura about
"mattcraig06" -

I try to do the lip slurs fairly slowly - about quarter note = 80.

My first notes of the day are low C down to low F# (Clarke Tech. Study), just to get the air going.

Thanks -
Tony
