Rogerio - on the upper left of the toolbar is a link that says "User CP". Depending on how you have your options set up for thread subscriptions, there will be a list for recent activity in posts you have subscribed to.

Once you get used to this forum software, you will quickly find that it totally kicks the pants off of the software that was being utilized.

Something I thought I would mention is that I'm not getting email notification on replies to threads I'm subscribed to. Any reason why not?

Try User CP > Edit Options. One of the options is for getting email notifications for replies in threads you are subscribed to.

Been there. Done that. Still not receiving email notifications. (see edit *)

I'm already familiar with this forum format and I've got that option set to "receive instant email notification" for subscribed threads. I've also checked my listed email address - are we not sending to hotmail? If not, I'll have to change that to a different email account.

* Weird. I made the change to my automatic subscriptions notifications after I was already posting in this thread so in order to get it to respond instantly, I had to unsubscribe, then resubscribe to the thread.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't send to hotmail. Maybe your hotmail is filtering TM email as spam, try checking your spam mailbox if you haven't already.

No, you were right - When I made the change, it didn't retro fit my listed notification for threads I was already subscribed to. It's working just fine now - I just opened this link from my email notification.

Nice to see TM back up and running

Have the emoticons vanished in the move as well?
Or do we just have to know what we are doing now?

Out of interest, why did the look have to change so much?
Is it a case of "well, we're updating, we might as well change everything around" or that the new software didn't allow you to keep the old look.
Personally, I liked the old look - this one just doesn't appeal in the same way. It just seems to much like so many other forums - it used to be easy spotting which forum was in which window - it's now getting like cars - they all look the same.

I think that the emoticons still work, but you can only use 4 of them in one post:

:o
