R/P and Cage

A while ago, the R/P forum was hidden from view. I kind of liked it that way, because I did not have to see thread titles that made me wince when I saw them. I don't care to frequent there, as much of the discussion taking place in there seems a bit negative and derogatory. I have enough to deal with without seeinng that when I come here for diversions from my day or to share some thougts with freinds.

Can we go back to having that hidden as a registered group only forum?

Setting the RPS forum up so that people had to register for it was taking up alot of our time behind the scenes. We thought it would be easy for members to figure out how to get in there. But that was not the case.

We were having to answer questions almost daily about.

How do I get in there?

Have I been banned?

Right now the RP/S forum is set up so that posts will not show up on any recent topics list. Our best suggestion is simply pass over it if you can. Please realize any post made in the green room area has the potential to be -very- off topic.

Thanks for the comments!

I see that the R/P/S forum is now closed, requiring password entry and showing no posts. Is this a permenant closure, or will there be a revised version in the future?

Not that I'm worried either way, I discuss politics elswhere, but I didn't see an announcement indicating what the situation is.

BTW, was there some sort of major violation that caused the closure, or was it just the result of most people saying they wouldn't be sorry to see it go?

Ditto's on Clarino's comments -- is this permanent or just an issue of the new software? I've been offline for sometime (the theatre I work at part time just got bought-out and the holiday has had me a tad busy), and everything has changed!! Sheesh...

Though I do like the new look...much easier on the eyes (too bad you didn't pick Scarlet and Grey, though).
