Searching...

Was looking for viola jokes, and searching TM for "viola" got me only one hit, and I know the word has shown up more often than that in the history of TM. What gives? Tried searching for thread and post, tried "violist" etc., and naturally without quotation marks. I'm confused.

I'd hate to think any remarks about violists were lost with the move to the new forum. But have no fear, my Vulgano Brother. If the TM search engine can't find them, Google will come to the rescue.

Enter "viola site:trumpetmaster.com" (without the quotes, of course) into Google and you'll get a bunch of hits, including the great one about putting banana peels in a viola player's case to help humidify their instrument.

Thanks, Matt!

I once turned one of the pegs on a viola and the player complained because I wouldn't tell her which one.
