Threads have limits set to them?

What can be done about the following?

In the Vintage Trumpet forum and in the "What's Vintage" thread I made, I have posted 5 messages and it will not allow me to post anymore messages.

I receive the following message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /vb//newreply.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I see that I CAN post on this thread if I don't copy and paste the message from Word. I have to type it over again by hand. Hmmmmmmm

Now the program will allow me to copy and paste from Word into this thread. I can not explain why it did not happen this morning.
