| Pitch finders dont sound like a bad idea sometimes. I'd love one for quick mute changes. I don't know about the rest, I've become used to playing certain pitches by ear, I wouldn't want to jeapordize that part, but for quick mute changes it could be very effective, thus not having to hear the sharp mute sound when you have to do 1 measure mute chanes.
