| People, people...PLEASE!
Let's play nice now!
Getting this post back on topic, there are some significant differences between the ZeuS Guarnerius and the ZeuS Olympus!
Basically, the Zues Guarerius has the following specifications:
Single piece, hand hammered, 4 7/8 inch, yellow brass, #37-style bell
Standard weight construction
#25 style leadpipe
.459" medium large bore
Hand fitted Monel valves
Genuine pearl finger buttons
Traditional brass valve guides (not plastic, in keeping true to the original vintage design)
Traditional lever-type waterkeys
The ZeuS Olympus, on the other hand, has the following specs:
One piece hand-made bell, 5 1/4" diameter
.470" large bore
Reverse leadpipe design
One Amado waterkey
Heavy bottom caps standard
Monel hand-fitted valves
Brass valve guides
Perfectly balanced design
Though I haven't played the Olympus, reviews by those I know seem to indicate that that Guarnerius and the Olympus are true compliments to one another!
Which makes me want to try out an Olympus even more now...
Blessings,
