Best Big Band/ Lead Trpt Combination

OK,

Because we are on the topic of lead trumpet sounds let's see what everyone thinks about the lead trumpets and there affiliation with name Big Bands.

Example:

For my money, Dave Stahl was the best lead trumpet Buddy Rich ever carried. (Chuck Schmidt a close second), but Dave Stahl was a bad choice as lead trumpet (as far as style) that Base used. Lin biviano did more for me with Basie just because of the excitement he brought to the table.

Here we go:

Buddy Rich - Dave Stahl
Woody Herman - Roger Ingram ( Bill Chase close second )
Stan Kenton - Dalton Smith ( John Harner close second )
Maynard - Lin Biviano
Basie - Al Porcino, Snooky Young tie
Ray Charles - Byron Stripling
Bob Florence - George Graham
Skitch Henderson - Doc Severinson
Terry Gibb - Buddy Childers ( louis Valizon, 2nd )
Thad Jones/ Mel Lewis - Jon Faddis
Capp/Pierce Juggarnaut - Bobby Shew
Bill Holman - Buddy Childers
Tokisho - Bobby Shew

Ok, you get the idea. Again , no wrong or right answers plus I would like to hear about more regional big bands and there hard driving lead trpt player

Well you get the idea and if you can, name the album that backs up your claim and if you disagree let's hear that too, but be ready to back it up also.
