Yes...the point of the thread was achieved...interest was generated and a discussion developed. Dave is just trying to "get things moving" here in Tone Production.
I will agree with you as it regards weight lifting and stagnation. If your routine never varies, your development/progress will probably stop. The same can be said for the horn.
