MONDAY, JAN 19, 19:00 MST (GMT +7)

Okee Dokee. I'm home. (Couldn't find half the paperwork I needed to fill out some federal statistics forms and the contractor I was "supervising" said he was leaving at noon so no point in hanging around the office all day by myself!)

Here's the story on the music Monday night:

Quote:
Our band members and supporters will want to make sure that they tune in to CKUA radio on Monday Jan. 19 at 7 pm. CKUA will be running an hour of sponsored music which will include some of our own McIntyre Ranch Country- Songs of the West.

AND - it was also gratifying to know that CBC continues to show its appreciation and support for our contribution to the Canadian music scene. Last Sunday, Catherine McLelland , on her program "Our Music" was speaking with Katherine Duncan who hosts the CBC 2 weekdays classical music program "Music to Go". She asked what she thought were the best new C.D.'s of 2003. There were three and yes our own McIntyre Ranch Country - Songs of the West was one of them. They spoke of their visit to Lethbridge, the story of the commissioning and the ultimate recording project.
Unquote.

CKUA webcasts at http://CKUA.COM . It is Canada's first educational broadcaster and first public broadcaster, starting operations in 1927! (I didn't know they had radio back then). I highly recommend this station for it's quality of music, especially the jazz and blues 'casts on weekends. Just hit the "LISTEN" button and enjoy.
