    Hi, Iain,
    One of the reasons I am so out front with my story is to de-stigmatize mental illness. It is no different than any other illness, as the brain is as much a body part as any other. I would get up and speak about it if asked to - I am NOT embarrassed nor should I be. I was blessed with a good ability to write and feel an obligation to do so on behalf of everyone who suffers similarly.
    Thanks for your positive remarks, and I wish you the best in your struggle. Music rules!
