Thanks for the help! I was able to contact Vincent Cichowicz. I read to him the history and information I have on my Chicago Benge. He remembers the original owner, and remember the history as I read it, and said it all fits. Unfortunately he couldn't add to it. But, the discussion was interesting, and he sounded like like he enjoyed discussing it as well.
Things like this are the reason I enjoy collecting trumpets!
