gus is an unknown quantity at this point
Larry and Mike nice jokesĦĦĦ.

Larry, hopefully we'll drink the grappa when I visit the
States. Due to devaluation of the Argentine Peso it is
near impossible to have one here. Even though I have
an Italian old pal that distillate this thing. It's wild. The
veal is the Agnello???.

The owner of Cambrass is Argentine born like myself and
he is a close friend of trumpeter in Buenos Aires who I know very well.
In fact I know very well his son who is also trumpeter ( Mr. Telmo
Gomez).

Now to the Law questions. I do not know a lot about patents
but... I know something about Customs ( Not U.S. but I think I can
imagine something ). I can say you that the Custom
should not have any right to do nothing except that exist a
Court Order or that there is some regulation that makes the
cargo unable to be imported or that the import declaration is
false etc. So, prima facie, the Custom would not be allowed to
act.

Counterfeit is in my opinion only suitable to a product that is
totally a copy, with the inscriptions, marks etc. (Eg a Schilke
made in Phillipines ).

Well, this is my last post for a couple of weeks. I am going to
the beach a couple of weeks. See you soon.
