| On average I pracice about 3 to 4 hours a day. Long tones to start, Clarke studies, sight-reading, lyrical etudes that cover the range of the horn and various solo stuff. After I am done with these things I spend about an hour working on BE. I rest as much as I play and am careful about too much pressure. The bulk of the practice is spent sight-reading. The warm-up is usually about 30 to 45 minutes. This is all done in my basement practice room. :)
