musicalmason is an unknown quantity at this point
switched bell/leadpipe

browsing around the trumpet pics online, Ive noticed, that some of the older model conns and even some of todays "custom" horns have the bell on the right side of the horn and the leadpipe on the left, as opposed to the other way around which I find to be the normal positioning. I was just wondering, what is the point of this? does it affect the sound/blow quality? Ive never played one of these "backeards" horns, so I thought maybe one of you could help me out.
