and read my answer, you'll see that there are no Calicchio's with a serial number from 3100 - 3999. Also the number 3099 dates the trumpet at 1983 which is 3 years past Dominick's death. When I see a " Vintage Calicchio " for sale, I figure that means it a Dominick.

Maybe you can get a picture or url for all of us to look at.

A 2/9 is an excellent combination thou. You should really be able to have a big, wide sound with that one.
