| The resignation of Chicago Symphony Orchestra Musical Director Daniel Barenboim may not be as much of a sure thing as it first appeared.
Orchestra members say Barenboim has said he would reconsider his resignation, which he announced Feb. 19, if a majority of the orchestra voted in support of him staying, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday.
CSO members and directors will meet Wednesday and a vote in his favor could encourage Barenboim to stay, the newspaper said
