| The piece with the flugel solo was 'En Aranjuez Co Tu Amor' by Joaquin Rodrigo based on the theme from the 2nd movement of 'Concierto de Aranjuez' and according to the CD sleeve notes was played by Paul Hughes (Grimethorpe Colliery Band).
In the movie they coloquially call it 'Orange Juice'. I remember reading somewhere that there was some legal impediment to its publication as a separate arrangement..but I'm vague on details and it may be wrong.
