Go to
www.sibeliusmusic.com and do a search. Don't search for oboe, but search for any "C" instrument (flute, clarinet, oboe, etc). If you play the C trumpet you could play lots of duets written for two "C" instruments.
They have over 40,000 scores and many of them are free. The others are very cheap.
