Looks like I will have to cut short my "I need a gig" auctions.
I had at least four more I was planning but Ebay told me I was in the wrong category. The trouble is it doesn't really fit into any standard category so I put it where the most trumpet players could see it. All told I've got 20,000 hits the first one I ran over a year ago getting 12,000
Maybe I can appeal or find a better location.
I hope you had a chance to enjoy them and learn from them. I enjoy doing them and enjoyed the many responses I got. I feel the auctions achieved what I wanted with is peer recognization. The next step is to achieve some public recognization. If any of you haaave access to rec.trumpet or any other forums or groups that have been following my adventures in THE LAND OF TRUMPET, can you forward this message to them.
