Touring

Hi Ingrid and welcome to TM! Life on the road can be pretty hectic and tiring even without having to perform concerts. Thought I'd start out the questions by asking how you keep up with practice, composing and keeping your playing fresh while travelling a lot.

Re: Touring

It goes in cycles actually.Sometimes I get down time on the road to collect myself and my chops and even write a bit, but for the most part, I like to be home! I need time to get into a routine.I recently cut some things out of my life to make more space and hired a regular assistant to help with the biz stuff. Am looking forward to getting up early, writing, working out, practicing a bunch and sessioning again. Before I became insanely busy, that was my most successful formula!
