Actually, to follow up, I played it last weekend. Valves are still great, nice and fast. Yeah, it still looks like absolute crap, but, then again, who said looks matter? The only problem I have with it right now is the Bach 7C mouthpiece. I'm looking at maybe a a Schilke or something.
