| Solo--I'm kinda cheatin' here. Miles Davis' "Someday My Prince Will Come" (the tune). EVERYONE'S solo is impeccable. BUY THIS!!! You won't be disappointed.
Small Group--Kenny Wheeler's "Angel Song". These musicians (Kenny Wheeler, Dave Holland, Lee Konitz, and Bill Frissell) work really well together. Beautiful album.
Big Band--Right now it's Dave Holland's "What Goes Around". His writing and the bands playing (esp. Chris Potter) is awesome. It also has Earl Gardner on lead trumpet.
