Always be straight and truthful (which I'm sure you are) with anyone. Approach conflicts like these in an adult manner, such as I mentioned in my other post (TH), getting all involved parties together and calmly discussing the problem/conflict rationally, logically, and arriving at a mutual decission that best satisfies all. But never allow anyone to bully, intimidate, belittle, threaten, or embarass you in front of others. When you know that you are right, be strong, and stand your ground. People will respect you more. It's better to be respected than liked.
