All my Callets are great horns! In tune, responsive, etc.
New York Bb (.472)
New York C, rose brass bell (.468)
New York D/Eb, made by Kanstel (.460)
Flugelhorn, 3-valve (.460)
I had previously owned a Benge and 5 Bachs (3 Bb, 2 C), and these out-perform all of my former horns. They do take a little more exersion to get the sound started, especially at very soft levels. High stuff still has enough body to the sound that you can keep from sticking out in an ensemble (if you want to avoid that).
