| Stainless steel mouthpieces are common for sax(berg larsen is notable for them) Totally safe so dont worry about hypo allergenic.
I would imagine them having a different feel just because of material, but the core sound is made by the shape of the cup, the bore, etc. The material IMO has little to do with the sound produced
