It is truly amazing what we can learn once we start listening to ourselves.
We do have the ability to talk ourselves into or out of anything including
anxiety. Relax and enjoy the moment. Simple as that.

P.S. Bananas ARE good for fighting nervousness. There's a chemical called
Tryptophan in them that causes the release of Serotonin into the system.
Serotonin is a natural sedative. Contrary to popular belief, it does not
make you drowsy (ie. Thanksgiving dinner - turkey is high in Tryptophan).
Overeating and burning of carbohydrates makes you drowsy. For more info,
