I learned from someone on the TH that newer editions of Charlier's 36 Trancendental Etudes do not include the famous "footnotes" where Charlier recommends supplemental/preparatory etudes for his own.

I went through and typed out what's in the older edition of Charlier, so if you have a newer book, you might find this helpful with regard to "what else?" to practice. I don't know why Leduc would have omitted this information, but here it is if you need it.

The etudes Charlier refers students to for supplemental/preparatory studies are:
