Yeah! I've got a son who's almost 8----and probably ready to begin studying seriously. He's been after my horn since he was about 4! I started my oldest daughter (who's now 17) at age 9 and she will be playing with me in the community band this fall. Isn't it fun to teach these kids the joys of trumpet playing?!
