Are you sure about that? John Culshaw was pretty clear about Roland Berger playing the calls in the 1962 Siegfried, and Roland was also numero uno horn during the '65 Gotterdammerung sessions--so I was a little taken aback to read your comment! Could that have been at Covent Garden or something like that instead?
