I saw and posted to your thread at TH too - seriously, hang on to that Benge. I don't know where or how you got it, but it's definitely a keeper.

it's difficult to find it in US, too? I know that Chicago and Burbank Benge trumpets are very desireable, but I didn't know LA horns were so pretty loved there...
I've purchased it of a guy who sells trumpets to churchs here and is a Bach lover. To give you an idea, he sold it for me for US$ 500 (HERE, IN BRAZIL, NO TAXES, DUTY FREE, EHEHEHEHE). He had a Blessing too, and that was more expansive than the benge.
He has told me: "I don't know this trumpet so well". So I've went to the web to research about it and dated it.
Sincerely, I've purchased it by accident, too, thinking it was some Bach TR300 level, a student level horn.
Later, the guy told, me: "Do you know what I've sold to you?"
It's too late now. Even today, theres a friend of him who wants to buy this horn.
