| Famous Symphony Trumpet Sections I thought it would be interesting to look at symphony trumpet sections that have been together (no personnel changes) for MANY seasons. I came up with 8 sections that have been together for 13 or more seasons! That’s very impressive.
This is just a starting point for this topic. I’m sure there are lots of sections that I’ve missed, simply because I don’t have full section details on any other groups. I’m very interested to see how this develops!
If anyone knows the actual date when Donald Reinberg retired from the San Francisco Symphony then I can update the number of seasons for the first group on this list. San Francisco Symphony
